Production Process

Quality Control
& Production Capacity

Raw Material Procurement and Testing

Raw material aluminum coils are purchased from China Aluminum Henan Aluminum. All raw materials, including main materials and auxiliary materials, will be strictly tested before they can be put into storage.

DOS Treatment Process

Adopt advanced DOS oiling machine to wash, pickle and alkali wash the surface of aluminum coil, and finally do electrostatic spraying to increase the brightness and adhesion of aluminum plate surface.

Aluminum Coil Slicing Process

The aluminum coil is cut into aluminum plates of the size required by the customer through a transverse shearing machine to meet the needs of different customers.

Coating and Printing

The surface of the aluminum plate is painted with advanced coating and printing technology, and the customized logo pattern is printed on the surface of the aluminum plate. The coating and printing are completed strictly in accordance with customer requirements.

Quality Inspection and Packaging

The strict quality inspection system for quality inspection and packaging runs through the entire production process, and multiple inspection processes are carried out from raw materials to finished products to ensure that each batch of products meets high standards. Qualified products are professionally packaged and put into storage, ready for shipment.
